Aloe Vera
Sometimes dubbed as the “First Aid” plant
because of the soothing gel inside the thick, succulent leaves,
aloe vera has incredible, natural, skin care properties.

I'm using Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel currently <3!

Here are 8 benefits of using aloe vera gel:

1. It treats sunburn.
Aloe Vera helps with sunburn through its powerful healing activity
at the epithelial level of the skin,
a layer of cells that cover the body.
It acts as a protective layer on the skin and helps replenish
its moisture. Because of its nutritional qualities and antioxidant properties,
the skin heals quicker.

2. It acts as a moisturizer.
Aloe moisturizes the skin without giving it a greasy feel,
so it`s perfect for anyone with an oily skin complexion.
For women who use mineral-based make-up,
aloe vera acts as a moisturizer and is great for the face prior
to the application to prevents skin drying.
For men: Aloe vera gel can be used as an aftershave treatment
as its healing properties can treat small cuts caused by shaving.

3. It treats acne.
Aloe vera gel contains two hormones: Auxin and Gibberellins.
These two hormones provide wound healing and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce skin inflammation.
Giberellin in aloe vera acts as a growth hormone stimulating the growth of new cells.
It allows the skin to heal quickly and naturally with minimal scarring.

Aloe is soothing and can reduce skin inflammations, blistering and itchiness,
while helping the skin to heal more rapidly. Additionally, in Ayurvedic medicine,
Aloe is used to effectively heal chronic skin problems, such as psoriasis, acne and eczema.

4. It fights aging.
As we age, everyone begins to worry about the appearance of fine lines
and the loss of elasticity in their skin. Aloe leaves contain a plethora of antioxidants including,
beta carotene, vitamin C and E that can help improve the skin's natural firmness
and keep the skin hydrated.

5. It lessens the visibility of stretch marks.
The skin is like one big piece of elastic that’ll expand and contract as needed to accommodate growth.
But if the skin stretches too far, too fast
(due to pregnancy, rapid weight gain or loss) the elasticity of the skin can be damaged.
That’s what leaves those unsightly stretch marks.
These marks appear due to minor tears in the layers of the skin
caused by sudden and excessive stretching.
Aloe vera gel can help hide these stretch marks by healing these wounds.

6. It's nutrient rich for good health.
This solid material contains over 75 different nutrients including
vitamins, minerals, enzymes, sugars, anthraquinones or phenolic compounds,
lignin, saponins, sterols, amino acids and salicylic acid.

7. It soothes in periodontal disease.
According to a study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology,
it's extremely helpful in the treatment of gum diseases like gingivitis, periodontitis.
It reduces bleeding, inflammation and swelling of the gums.
It is a powerful antiseptic in pockets where normal cleaning is difficult,
and its antifungal properties help greatly in the problem of denture
stomatitis, apthous ulcers, cracked and split corners of the mouth.

8. It aids in digestion.
The internal benefits of aloe vera are supposed to be just as amazing.
The plant is said to improve the digestion and to relieve ulcers.
Some people consider it a laxative, while others attribute that effect to its digestive qualities
(which normalize the system and induce regularity).
The juice is also prescribed for arthritis and rheumatism. To test any of these claims,
steep the cut foliage in water or chew pieces of the fresh leaf.

Vaseline

I love using Vaseline so so much!
These 20's method share about How i using Vaseline!

1. Cure dry/chapped lips! How?

Apply to lips, frequently or as many times a day
( What's more, you can add on after applying lipstick! Because it has the glossy-effect! )

2. Cure your damage cuticles or improves the conditions of it!

Apply to cuticles about 3-4 times daily and you can rub any remaining of the Vaseline
into your dry hands, focusing on knuckles would be the best!

3. Can be use as a lip balm or lip gloss, as it is very very moisturizing.

4. Put at your eye lashes only during night time. Why?

It actually can helps you get LONGER, THICKER & FULLER LASHES
(if you apply for over 2-3 weeks continuously)
but please only do it at night time as you wouldn't
want your eye to be so shiny when you go out right ? :)

5. Very dry hands / dry feet?

Put on Vaseline over your hands & feet at night time,
but use only cotton gloves & socks
(only cotton type so it would not stick to your hands / feet)
and wear it over night. You will see the differences when you woke up the next morning :)

6. Make your nail polish looks as new as you had just applied today!

Nail polish on your finger nail looks like old/non-glossy anymore?
No worries, just apply Vaseline on your finger nails & you will see the differences.
But I will recommend you do it only at night time :)

7. Cure hair Split ends!

Put some Vaseline on your hair ends, it can cure split ends!
If you want to do it overnight, apply lesser so it would not stick or spread till your bed areas :)

8. Make Up Remover!

Yes! It can be use as a make up  remover
but I won't really recommend you to use it to remove your eye areas
as it would turn out to be super glossy & slippery.
No worries, it would not clog your pores.

9. Can use it as an Eye brow gel.

10. Mix it with Eyeshadow to make it a Cream Eye Shadow.

11. Forgot to bring Blusher? You can mixed it with Vaseline!

Mix Vaseline with a little of your lip stick & rub it over your cheeks. :)

12. Put some Vaseline under your wrist,
spray some perfume on it so it will last longer for the smell of it :)

13. Rings stuck on your hands? Too tight? Can't be remove?

Use Vaseline to remove your rings!
Apply some over your hands and just simply remove it!

14. Nail polish stuck? Hard to open it?

Put some Vaseline over the neck bottle of the nail polish &
it would be easier for you to open it the next time!

15. Good moisturizer for very dry areas (Feet, hands, elbows)

16.  Can be use as a moisturizer for Acne Prone Skin.
It Does Not Clog your Pores. So no worries on that!

17. Apply a little Vaseline on your front teeth before lipstick
to prevent them from sticking to your teeth!

18.  Remove false eyelash glue from your lash line.

19. Put Vaseline on your lips and leave it for a few minutes,
then scrub your lips with a toothbrush to exfoliate and it just makes them feel so smooth!

20. You can mixed Vaseline with sea salts to create a scrub!

& Of Course! It can be apply to burns or cuts area! :)

So just want to remind all of you,
IT DOES NOT CLOG YOUR PORES. So no worries on that!

Those 20 methods are what I have been  using always.

Hope you guys love this sharing, love ya <3<3<3
