Advertisement: Caring for Eyes

Holla guys, today i gonna blog about something amazing! YES!!! FOR OUR EYES! 
And this is the first Advertisement post in my blog, thanks to Optrex give me this chance to help them promote they product! Is so many products in Optrex, is all for eyes at last i choose Optrex Eye Lotion! 

WHAT IS OPTREX EYE LOTION?

Purpose/Indications: 

 Soothes and refreshes sore eyes.

 For the relief of minor eye irritations caused by dusty or smoky atmospheres 

Dosage and Administration: 

Use 3 or more times a day, discard 3 months after first opening!!!

Precautions: 

Not suitable for use whilst or 30mins before wearing soft contact lens, 

occasional hypersensitivity to any ingredients may rarely occur! 

Especially for those whose like to wearing Contact Lens!
If you didn't thoroughly clean your contact lens, your eyes will get REDNESS, ITCHY, if serious your eyes will INFLAME..
Eyes is very important to us. be honestly, from 13 i already started wearing contact lens until now~ and now i get myopia 300 degree cuz i always wearing cheap contact lens from Night Market these selling a pairs of contact lens RM10?? I not saying they lens are fake or what, but is the main reason that let me get myopia cuz i wear lens often no matter where i go, even tea with friend or just going outside for a while... but now i've get rid of this fucking bad habits! (congraz lol) i just wearing contact lens when hangouts to pavy or some dinner~ I usually wearing glasses! And i will wash my eyes 3 times a day with Optrex Eye Lotion!!

Is just like mineral water~ LOLLL 

The specially designed Eyebath for more easier to wash our eyes~ 

Don't over the limit 

-READ ME-

1. Pour gently with neck of the bottle resting on the edge of the eyebath, dont spill or waste the lotion

2. Bend the head slightly forward and holding the eyebath by its base, apply it to the eye, 

keep the eyelids OPEN so that the lotion flows freely over the eye and under the lids 

3. DO NOT THROW THE HEAD BACK. 

Bend it slightly forward and rock it from side to side so that the lotion in effect massages the eye as described. 

This should be done for at least half a minutes!!

4. Throw Away the contents of the eyebath after use, as if may be contaminated. 

Clean the eyebath and use fresh Optrex for the other eye. 

After treating both eyes, keep them closed for a short while, 

then remove any surplus lotion with a clean tissues! :D 

-Example- 

Just follow the step, and roll side and side & upside down~ 

DO NOT close your eyes 

(for the 1st time i used, i spill out the lotion on my neck and clothes wtf~)

Afterfeel: 

Feel so refreshing after use!!! 

You can also use the lotion wash your eye when you wearing contact lens too!  :D

EVERYDAY EYE CARE TIPS 

You already know how a good diet and exercise helps you to stay in shape,

• Go for regular eye check-ups to make sure your vision and your eyes are at their best.
• If you wear contact lenses, always follow your optician's advised hygiene routine and try using a dry eye spray or drops before your eyes start to feel irritated.
• If you work at a computer, remember to take regular breaks so that your eyes don't get strained or tired. And reduce the screen brightness or use a screen shield, as glare can dry your eyes.
• In winter, turn your central heating down a little - you'll save money and help stop your eyes drying out!
• If you go swimming, wear goggles to stop chlorine irritating your eyes.
• Always wear safety glasses when doing DIY or gardening to protect eyes from injury or dust particles.
